Source gear including microphones, cables, monitors, and recording equipment.Review and/or create input list and stage plot.Review performance, interview, and musical gear demonstration requirements and creative treatments to identify appropriate audio support and optimal audio capture methods for the production.Participate in project launch, pre-production meetings, and location scouting.Help plan and produce assigned studio and field productions.Collaborate with Content, Production, Social, and Creative teams to produce and assist in recording, editing and mixing audio for television broadcast, radio and digital audio streaming, long-form video content, social videos, live streams, podcasts, and audio-only demos.
You will also collaborate with multiple teams within the Marketing, Creative, and Merchant departments as well as work closely with musicians and performers from various styles of music, freelance production crew, studio, and live venue staff at locations for remote shoots and sessions, and MI vendors. From TV broadcast to in-store audio, digital content, product demos, social videos, audio-only sound samples, and more. You are equal parts Audio Tech, Recording Engineer, Mix Engineer, Voice-Over Producer, and Location Sound Recordist.įrom interviews to performances, in this role, you will provide audio support for all stages of production: pre-production, production, and post-production for a variety of deliverables. We are looking for an Audio Engineer who considers themselves an audiophile, takes pride in their attention to detailed superior sound, is as passionate about the process as the end result, and is just as comfortable recording dialogue as they are handling the mix on a multi-track live band performance.
